About Me

All my life people have said that I should have my own reality tv show. From friends at school to coworkers of my parents, all the way through college, it's always been "blah blah blah Caroline, you're so funny" and "blah blah blah Caroline, you're so interesting" and "blah blah blah Caroline, you should have a tv show" etc etc.  To be honest, I genuinely don't know why, because my life seems pretty normal to me, even a little boring. Maybe I just have a penchant for taking a nothing story and turning it into something because I can be ~dramatic~. Or maybe it's because I grew up watching too much Seinfeld, the show about nothing. Or maybe, (and most likely), I just have that "it" factor. Who can say for sure? Anyway, I guess this blog is just the latest iteration of what was once called in my dad's emails to his works friends, "The Caroline Show." 

I'll use my platform to keep you updated on my life and you can be the judge as to whether or not I still have that "it" factor that makes my stories worth listening to. (And hey, nothing lasts forever, so maybe this is how my world will crumble around me as I find out I'm no longer as funny, interesting, etc etc as I used to be...I mean, I doubt that's the case, but either way it should be a fun ride.) 

Also, sometimes you just have to read your friend's blog to hear about their life because you don't live in the same place anymore, even if you don't think they're interesting, funny, etc etc. So. Keep that in mind. 

Anyway, welcome to the blogosphere and welcome to The Caroline Show.
